Queen Elizabeth I and the Tudor Explorers
We meet Queen Elizabeth I contemplating her reign on the English throne. She tells us of her successes and her disappointments giving us an insight into Elizabethan England. She dresses two children in Elizabethan costume and talks about the fashion, music and art of the time. She teaches the children an Elizabethan song and an Elizabethan dance. We come away with an impression of Elizabeth as a true Renaissance woman. She also tells us about Elizabethan explorers overseas.
