KEY STAGE 1. STORY TELLING WORKSHOPS
Our Grandparents
We meet either Grandma or Grandad who has just woken up from a nap. They tell us what their life was like over the three decades; the 1940's, the 1950's and the 1960's. We hear music, do a dance and sing songs from the different decades and some children will be given the opportunity to dress up in a costume of the period, and to see a gas mask and other relevant artefacts from those decades.
